Hide something. Let your friends guess.
Evokiz is a guessing game you play with friends: you make a riddle, they guess what it hides, and nobody sees the answer before they try.
Hide a place, an event or a voice
Add one line of context
Friends guess before the answer shows
Pass it on and the chain keeps going
How it plays
- 1
Hide something
Make a riddle from a photo of a place or an event, a voice clip or a line of text. What it shows is the clue; what it hides is the answer.
- 2
Add one context
One sentence about one thing, one place and one time span, like a school in a city over five years or one party night. It sits above the riddle so friends know where to look.
- 3
Send it to friends
Each friend gets the riddle with its context on top.
- 4
Guess, then the reveal
Each friend makes a guess or gives up, and only then is the answer revealed.
- 5
Pass it on
Once they have answered, a friend can forward the riddle, so the chain continues past your own circle.
A photo riddle
The sender adds a photo, asks a question and writes the answer plus the wrong options. You pick one, and the reveal names the answer.
Where was this photo taken?
- The harbour marketYour guess
- The old lighthouseAnswer
- The hill chapel
Questions
A guessing game you play with friends. Someone hides something in a riddle, the others guess what it is, and the answer shows only after each guess.
A photo riddle hides a place or an event, and a voice riddle hides who is speaking. Text is another mode of the same game.
One sentence about one thing, one place and one time span, such as a school in a city over some years or a single party night. Every riddle carries exactly one.
The sender. In a photo riddle you write the answer and as many wrong options as you like, at least one, so there is always a choice. An assistant can draft them from your photo and a line about it, and you keep or edit what it suggests.
Only after you make a guess or give up. The reveal is the whole point, so nothing shows it earlier.
Yes. Once a friend has answered, they can forward the riddle, so the chain continues past the sender's own circle.
